This afternoon we packed up our crew and their bikes and headed down to the Streets Alive festival. It was an absolutely wonderful experience and here is why: there was no agenda. There were no acts to catch at a particular time. There were few opportunities to buy anything, there was no strategy making to squeeze through throngs of people. The whole point of the event was to bike or walk or skate down the street, hear some music and just be. Our lives are so full of agendas, many of which are interesting and exciting, but agendas nonetheless. It was so inspiring to be part of an event with no agenda; with space to just be.
When was the last time you had no agenda ( for yourself or the people around you?)
